I was contracted to complete the documentation project after a content specification and timetable was set by a previous writer (selected exerpts shown).
Electric Vehicle Automotive Repair Safety Manual Nissan Of America - Electric Vehicle Automotive Repair Safety Training Course design and development. This project had a strict deadline and required hands-on research and arrangement of drawings. (exerpts shown).

Sony BA4 Television Chassis Manual Sony Corporation - television field service manual (exerpts shown).This project at once required my skills as a electronic technician, drafter, graphic designer, and project manager.
Sony IS Department Quick Reference Card Sony Corporation - ISSA Client Support Expert Advisor manual and quick reference. (quick reference shown). I was a member of a writing team and was appointed process leader for desktop deployments.
5002 Laser Marker ESI Palomar Systems models 3001 Chip Tester, 2002 Chip Laser Marker, 2007 Chip Terminator, and Flash Calibration manuals (sample datasheet shown). During my tenure in this position, I developed a company-wide Intranet site for access to completed manuals for reference and review. I also took my research out to the assembly floor during the development of prototypes, aiding the assembly of production units, and speeding product to market.
