File Transfer - FTP Area
Please read this before entering FTP
FTP or File Transfer Protocol is the best way to send and receive large files over the Internet. If you will be sending or downloading files from us on a regular basis, Please contact us to arrange for us to create a login and folder to keep your files separate from those of our other clients. Otherwise, please log in to our FTP site with the username: "gues1" and the password: "sesame" (without quotes). This login gets you into the general access FTP area that allows you the freedom to send us (upload) or receive (download) files.
NOTE: One important setting to make before you start is to go to the Tools menu of Internet Explorer and choose Internet Options. Then go to the Advanced tab and check the box next to the setting called Enable Folder View for FTP Sites. Make sure you click OK or Apply before you close the Internet Options box.
Now use the link below to try it out. Use the password you received from us or the gues1 password listed above.

Some tips:
When you click the link to our FTP area, a new window opens along with a login dialog box that looks similar to this:

- Type the username and password in the blanks provided and click the Login button. If you expect to return again later, check the Save Password box but do NOT check the box that says Login Anonymously since this site does NOT support anonymous FTP.
- When you have logged in and see files in the file window, you may save this site as a Internet Favorite if you would like to return. This file window is just like a file window to a drive on your own computer except this drive is on our domain server maintained by our Internet provider.
- To upload or send us a file, Open a file window to the file you want to send, or have it placed on your desktop in advance. Click and drag the file into the FTP folder window and release it. A progress bar will show and disappear when the upload is completed. The file will appear in the FTP folder window. If it does not show immediately, open the View menu in the window and choose Refresh.
